Joyce St. Germaine and I just returned from a relaxing trip to one of our favorite places on the Earth where feeling and being one with nature is easy and extremely rejuvenating. In fact, our trip was so amazing that we are already planning our return in 2024, and we invite you to come along with us! Your highly experienced, award-winning instructors have lovingly created a retreat with offerings like meditation, sound healing, yoga, yoga nidra, past life regression, guided imagery, journaling, shamanic journeying and ceremonies, art, and palmistry. Participate in whichever activities you wish, explore the area on your own, relax under a waterfall or by the pool. No experience of any kind is needed to enjoy these offerings.
The Sanctuary at Two Rivers is a private, solar-powered, eco-retreat center nestled on 40 acres of nature preserve, with luxury treehouse lofts, organic gourmet vegetarian and vegan food, open-air yoga/meditation studio, and a Wellness Center in the mountainous jungle of Costa Rica. Your retreat includes:
- 6 nights/7 days at the Sanctuary
- Morning and evening Wellness activities and Workshops with Leslie and Joyce
- Three organic gourmet vegetarian/vegan meals daily while at the Sanctuary
- Secluded waterfalls, tropical gardens, a beautiful river, hiking trails, lush jungle, wildlife, hammocks, swimming pool
- Costa Rican taxes
Optional at additional cost:
Zip lining, beach excursion, horse spirit healing, horseback riding, shopping, surf lessons, massage/spa services, arrival night in San Jose.

Airfare, ground transportation, optional excursions, and gratuities are not included. There is one international flight and one domestic flight. There is one hotel overnight the night before the retreat.
Maximum group size: 16 (This is a completely private retreat, just for us!)
