All of my yoga classes are live and online via ZOOM to allow us time to connect, stretch and BREATHE! These classes are for anyone, and they are DWW (Donate What you Wish). I am using the Zoom Meeting Platform. You will need to download the FREE Zoom App in order to participate.

Ongoing virtual yoga schedule
All of my classes are suitable for everyone. I can provide chair modifications if you need to be sitting in a chair. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged!
Mondays, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.–Gentle
Saturdays, 9-10 a.m.–Yoga for Every Body (slightly more challenging than Gentle, but still accessible to all!)

On the Ball

Using a pair of Therapeutic balls (or a DIY version with tennis balls and a sock), we will work through some easy exercises you can incorporate into your daily life to move energy, remove blockages, and loosen tight spots. No experience necessary, but you must have a pair of balls inside of a mesh bag or sock to participate.

Chair Yoga for Work or Travel

Chair Yoga can be a great help to catch some stretch in places where rolling out your yoga mat isn’t an option. Let’s try some stretches you can do at your desk, flying in an airplane, or just those times when getting on the floor isn’t practical. You’ll need a chair and a strap. A block can be helpful, but not necessary.

Though meeting on Zoom is convenient for many of us, getting together with an in-person class every now and then is a great way to connect to each other in community. These classes will calm, relax, and rejuvenate our bodies, minds, and spirits! March’s class will be very Gentle with ample time for quiet meditation as we welcome Spring together! This class is accessible to all levels of fitness. Beginners to yoga are always welcome!
