Session 2: Tuesdays, March 1, 8, 15, 22
5:30-6:30 p.m. (Registration coming soon.)

Yoga is a beneficial practice for everyone and every body! It improves our immune function, makes us more flexible and strong, helps us to balance better, breathe better, and stand up straighter! Sometimes we let our ego (or fear) keep us from going to a yoga studio. And I sure do understand that! Yoga looks like a thin, young, white, flexible woman in our country, and that isn’t many of us! Am I too fat? Too stiff? Too old? Do I have the right clothes? Do I have to do a headstand? The list is endless! Now we also have a pandemic to deal with, so Zoom has solved all (or at least few) of our problems.

Join me virtually for these informative, relaxing, lighthearted classes. You’ll learn yoga postures for stretching and strengthening; breathing techniques for energizing and relaxing all within the comfort of your home. Who knows? Maybe even in your PJs! I will teach you how to balance better, breathe better, stand taller, and hopefully find some quiet in the chaos. You can use simple things around your house as “props” to help you every now and then. A yoga mat is helpful, but DON’T BUY ANYTHING! You can practice yoga with nothing but yourself. I’ll show you how. No experience is necessary. My classes are gentle and suitable to all, even if you are doing the whole practice sitting on a chair. Beginners welcomed and encouraged. Bring your beautiful body to yoga!
