Online Yoga


All of my yoga classes are live and online via ZOOM to allow us time to connect, stretch and BREATHE! These classes are for anyone, and they are DWW (Donate What you Wish). I am using the Zoom Meeting Platform. You will need to download the FREE Zoom App in order to participate.

ONgoing virtual yoga schedule

All of my classes are suitable for everyone. I can provide chair modifications if you need to be sitting in a chair. Beginners are welcomed and encouraged!

Mondays, 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.–Gentle

Thursdays, 10-11 a.m.–Gentle

Saturdays, 9-10 a.m.–Yoga for Every Body (slightly more challenging than Gentle, but still accessible to all!)

Yin Yoga Practice
Sunday, October 9
10-11 a.m.

This slow, mindful practice is focused on the hips and low back. No standing! Long, quiet spaces will allow you to drop into deep relaxation. Yin postures are held for 3-5 minutes.

Yoga Nidra
Friday, October 21
7-8 p.m.

Yoga Nidra is a deeply restorative practice. We will spend the entire hour in Savasana relaxing the deepest parts of ourselves. No experience is necessary. Be prepared for profound relaxation.
