Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra on Zoom
Wednesday, March 15
In our fast-paced world, we tend to spend a lot of time with our nervous systems in overload mode. Restorative Yoga allows us to take the time we need to slow down and relax. With the use of props–pillows and blankets–we will find some really comfortable places to relax and sink into. Once the body and mind have a chance to slow down, we’ll finish with a Yoga Nidra practice to access even deeper levels of relaxation. Bring at least 3 blankets, 2 pillows, and your yoga mat. If you have a bolster, bring it. If not, I will show you how to use your mat as a bolster.
Email me at email@example.com for the link to this Zoom practice.
