In light of our current situation, I am offering live online classes to allow us time to connect, stretch and BREATHE! These classes are for anyone, and they are free. I am using the Zoom Meeting Platform. You will need to download the FREE Zoom App in order to participate. Please email me at, and I will send you the link to join the class. Or email me to sign up for my newsletter where I include the links.

Core and More

Fridays, November 27 and December 4

10-11 a.m.

These two classes will engage our core, strengthen our legs and upper body and bring us some balancing challenges. You must be able to get up and down off the floor. (No chair modifications will be shown.) This is for those of you who would like a more challenging class, though variations and the use of props will be shown for most challenging postures and to accommodate certain physical limitations.

Pop-up Full Moon PJ Sangha

Sunday, November 29

7- 8 p.m.

That’s another way of saying, “Put on your  Pjs, grab a cup of your favorite beverage, and let’s sit together under the Full Moon (via Zoom) to just chat and share.” Sound fun? Join me! What is a Sangha? It’s a community. And that’s what we are. We join together for this practice of yoga to move our bodies and breathe, but we have very little time for sharing. So join me for some sharing! We will gather under the full moon to bless this Earth and the many gifts she offers us. Bring something to share with the group if you like…a poem…a story…a song…or nothing at all. We will also spend some time in quiet meditation. There will be no asana practice during this session. Invite a friend! There is no charge for this offering.

Yoga For Every Body–All Levels

Have you seen pictures of people doing yoga in magazines, on Facebook and Instagram and said something like this to yourself? “I can’t do yoga! I’m not flexible. I don’t have the right clothes. I’m too old. I’m too young. I’m too fat. I’m out of shape. I can’t get up and down from the floor.” If you answered yes to this question, you are wrong. You CAN do yoga! You just haven’t found the right yoga for YOU! Yoga is for EVERY BODY, and Leslie wants to help you. These classes are mostly non-vinyasa which mean they move from posture to posture with longer holds. We have time to sink into postures, listen to our bodies and make adjustments and modifications to suit our individual and unique bodies. Special attention is given to alignment, safety and modifications for injury. Classes vary depending on the theme. A welcoming class for everyone. Every class is different based on YOUR needs! This class will be easiest for people who can get up and down from the floor, but modifications can be shown for those who require a chair. A yoga mat is helpful, but a towel or rug can be used. Also helpful, but not required are a block and strap, though belts, ties or scarves fill in nicely for a yoga strap.
