Yoga is a beneficial practice for everyone and every BODY. It improves immune function, makes us more flexible and strong, helps us to balance better, breathe better, and stand up straighter! But sometimes fear keeps us from even trying our first class. That is the beauty of yoga on Zoom! Check your ego at the door, and join me virtually for these informative, relaxing, light-hearted sessions. You’ll learn yoga postures for stretching and strengthening; breathing techniques for energizing and relaxing all from the comfort of your home! Who knows? Maybe even in your PJs! I will teach you how to balance better, breathe better, stand taller, and hopefully find some quiet in the chaos. You can use simple things around your house as “props” to help you every now and then. A yoga mat is helpful, but DON’T BUY ANYTHING! You can practice yoga with nothing but yourself. I’ll show you how. No experience is necessary. My classes are gentle and suitable to all, even if you are doing the whole practice sitting in a chair. Beginners welcomed and encouraged. Bring your beautiful body to yoga!

Please register once for each series. A Zoom link will be sent the day before the class. These classes are not recorded.

Let’s Do Feet!
Wednesday, February 8
5:30-6:30 pM
on Zoom (email me for link)

Join me for a practice dedicated to our very hard-working feet! Every time we practice yoga, our feet receive all sorts of benefits, but we will do some fine-tuning in this class. Expect to spend some time with your calves as well. Bring a ball the size of a tennis ball and a strap, as we will be using both.
