Yoga Deck

Yoga Deck Class

The Yoga Deck is closed for the season.

See you next year!

The Yoga Deck is an outdoor yoga platform I have created in my back yard. It is a private space surrounded by woods, meadow, and gardens that are in process. It is shady when I offer afternoon classes, and sunny for morning classes. Because we are outdoors, there may be bugs, though I do burn citronella candles to keep them at bay the best I can. I have props, though you may prefer your own yoga mat; water and restroom available for all classes.

The Yoga Deck opens on Wednesday, June 12 (rain date June 13) 4-5:30 p.m. with a special Mixed Level Yoga for Every Body class followed by a short meditation. Light refreshments to follow to celebrate our first time on the deck together this year.

No need to register, all levels welcome. Please bring a mat, though I do have a few to borrow. All classes are by donation only. Text me at 860-970-4944 for directions.

For this first class, there is a rain date. For all others, rain cancels. Text me that day or check my website to see it the class is running or not.
